Have you ever asked this question to yourself, “Am I clean inside?”  Not many people do, so I have some shocking news for you…. You must colon cleanse NOW!  Why? 

 

Because a typical diet for most people holds approximately 8 meals of undigested food and waste material in the colon!  And some have reported of only having one BM (bowl-movement) a day.  It’s even a fact that some don’t even have one BM a day!
